Your tasks! As a Computer Vision Lead Developer you will actively shape the next product generation and thus drive the future of our company. Thanks to our agile software development process you can utilize your computer vision skills to boost our technology to the next level. You will be involved in a variety of projects: from the development and implementation of efficient image stitching algorithms, to solving challenging optimization problems.
Your skills! Dacuda is seeking a distinguished Software Developer for a full-time position, with extensive experience and a passion for image processing, mathematics and abstract thinking. Apart from your curiosity, your communication skills and your ability to work in teams, you should meet the following requirements:
• State-of-the-art computer vision know-how and deep understanding of correspondence problems like image registration, image stitching, optical flow, tracking, or stereo vision
• Strong C++ skills with several years of coding experience
• Solid foundation in vision topics, with several years of work experience or a Ph.D.
• Ability to solve difficult vision problems and to push forward the development of the core image registration algorithms with your ideas
Experience in mobile robotics (with topics such as SLAM or tracking) and with camera systems (calibration, real-time vision) is a plus. Familiarity with libraries such as Qt, OpenCV, OpenGL and development tools including Matlab, Python, CMake, and Git would ease the transition.
