ITK: Open Source Segmentation and Registration Toolkit

ITK is an open-source software toolkit for segmentation and registration. It was developed for medical imaging applications and may be useful to computer vision researchers and developers working on other application areas. ITK is written in C++ with interfaces to Java, Python, and Tcl. The ITK project is sponsored by the National Library of Medicine, and support is available from Kitware. A new release is now available for download.
