London based inventor looking for Computer Vision programmer to help with a new invention

Hello!

I'm an inventor with a background in electronics working on an invention called Magic Light, you can see a small clip to understand what the invention does here: www.makethingsmagic.com

I'm looking for someone to help on a freelance basis with some (probably) basic but robust CV for the invention. This is a university and grant funded project so I cannot pay big commercial prices but can negotiate a pretty good pay nevertheless.
