PhD position Max Planck/Microsoft Research

There is an opening for a PhD scholarship at the MPI-IS funded by Microsoft Research Cambridge. The student will be based in the newly founded Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems in Tuebingen, in the Perceiving Systems headed by Prof. Michael Black.

The scholarship is funded by Microsoft Research Cambridge. The student will be supervised both from Peter Gehler from MPI-IS and Sebastian Nowozin from Microsoft. There will be opportunities to visit MSR Cambridge during the PhD studies.
