Senior Algorithm Engineer - Qylur Security Systems - Palo Alto, CA

Qylur Security Systems Inc. , an emerging growth homeland security company, has an opening position in the area of Computer Vision and Machine Learning at the Senior level of Algorithm engineer.

The candidate must be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multinational team environment focused on innovation.

Required: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.

Expert knowledge in at least three of the following fields: machine learning, object recognition, image processing, sensor fusion, content-based indexing and retrieval, object detection and tracking.

Strong record of technical contributions with publications in refereed technical journals and major conferences in computer vision and/or machine learning.

Prefer to have strong background in machine learning/mathematics.

Must be self-motivated and creative, with proven analytical skills, excellent research record, and ability to communicate effectively

Outstanding programming skills using Matlab, C#/C++/C.

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
